Know before I start. I know that this blog is a) about anime, and b) international, but 2 out of the 4 staff members at Animeted live in America. (beaner2k6, and myself) I thought we should do this in dedication for everyone who lost loved ones, etc.

Today marks the 7th anniversarry of the 9/11 attacks. If you know what happened on this day, 7 years ago, I will spare the details. However, for those who don’t, I spare the details on the post, so you will have to read an article:

Moving along, have a moment of silence for all of those who were injured and/or were killed during these attacks. Hats off to all the brave who went to the scene as it happened. Remember this day as it has happened 7 years ago. Even after the attacks, NY and the rest of America has grown stronger, and closer with each other.

For those reading this who live in the New York area, there is a tribute at Ground Zero tonight where two towering blue lights will be set from Ground Zero (where the Twin Towers once stood). The light will stay on throughout the night as it shines as its tribute to 9/11.
