So this was released some time ago [6/11 to be exact], but I’m picking up this series so Expect some blogs on this one from me. Ikki Tousen Great Guardian, is the third animation in the Ikki Tousen Series, followed by Ikki Tousen, & Ikki Tousen Dragon Destiny. I haven’t watched either of them, so please give me some time to, I already got them downloading at home. I just don’t want to start watching this and blogging on it until I know whats up with the two animations before this one.

From what I know so far this is full of fan service [ecchi my favorite], and action. Here’s a paragraph from the plot summary taken from animenewsnetwork:

“Preparing for the battles to come, tournaments and to fight against new opponents from over the world, Hakufu is working to have enough money to make her dream true. But she doesn’t consider that new allies and enemies will come to scene, and also being a weak leader to the eyes of her companions. A sister also appears. She doesn’t even know her mom’s past so better to star from the local stuff before attempting to go worldwide.”

Episodes started airing on 6/11 and have been aired every wednesday at 9:30 PM on AT-X. Ayako is subbing this one, we have two subbed episodes so far so please go to their tracker page or home page to get them.
